Beauvoir is lovely -  but it was also important that the house is safe and accessible.  We have 2 children and our friends and family have more. Their age ranges are 3 upwards, so we need a holiday home where we're not constantly worried about the children. Beauvoir is the perfect relaxation holiday - with or without children - here's why....

Safety:   

The very small road outside the house is only accessible to the small hamlet of Boutenac-Touvent.  There are hardly any vehicles on the road.  The windows are high (unlike many French properties) - so tiny children cannot fall out.  Both front and back gardens are secure - so they cannot get out of the property without you.

Pool Access:  

You have to go through 3 lockable doors to access the pool from the main part of the house.  In addition, we have installed a security alarm which notifies you of non-scheduled activity in the pool.*

Elderly/Disabled Accessibility:  

The ground floor suite is perfect for our elderly and disabled family members allowing them to enjoy Beauvoir as much as we do.

Entertainment:  

The Games room is perfect for older kids with a pool table, darts and other games we collect when we travel to the house.  We also have Freeview TV and wi-fi at the house, so you can keep up to date with UK TV and still get your email or surf the internet. Please feel free to bring a games console and games to play in the dedicated 'kids' TV room!
